Office Lens is a pretty nifty feature for smartphone users who need to scan documents, business cards, and the likes, so it makes sense for Microsoft to want to want to add it to as many of its mobile apps as possible.

OneDrive for iOS had Office Lens integration for quite a while now, but the most recent update makes it much easier to use. For example, iPhone users will notice that there's a new big button on the bottom bar, which allows them to enable Office Lens on the fly.

But that's not all, as Microsoft made it possible for iPhone users to scan documents with just a tap of a button. Simply press and hold on the OneDrive app icon to automatically activate the Office Lens whenever you need it.

Besides adding Office Lens to the app, Microsoft confirmed the update will fix an issue causing a crash on launch for some iOS users. Of course, if you notice any other issue, feel free to use the “Report a Problem” function to report it.
