Google Lens is slowly making its way to many Android devices, but iOS users haven't been forgotten. The AI-powered visual search app developed by Google will soon be available to all iPhone and iPad users.

If you own an iPhone or iPad and have installed Google Photos, you might get Google Lens as soon as this week. Google announced that starting today and rolling out over the next week, iOS users will be able to preview try out the preview of Google Lens.

In order for that to work, it's necessary to have the latest version (3.15) of Google Photos installed on your iOS device. You should have no issues downloading it from the App Store where it's been released on March 3.

Keep in mind that if you don't see a preview of Google Lens showing up in the latest version of Google Photos app this week, then you should be patient since this seems to be a staged rollout. The new feature will make its way to all compatible iOS devices over the next few weeks.
