Google Home and Assistant to get some Digital Wellbeing features soon
Google's Digital Wellbeing features are slowly adopted by many apps that are part of the giant's software portfolio, including YouTube and Calendar. Unveiled earlier this year at Google I/O 2018, the initiative is prepared for its debut on the Google Assistant and smart speakers.

The folks over at 9to5google have uncovered deep within the Google app code that Google is working to bring Digital Wellbeing to Home smart devices and Assistant. Family mode and Filters are just two of these features that haven't yet been enabled, which are supposed to limit what content children could search and voice games that they are allowed to access.
Downtime is another nifty feature that's probably meant to block some users, who are recognized by voice, from using Google Home between certain hours (usually, when they're supposed to be sleeping).
Although these Digital Wellbeing features haven't been enabled yet, we can safely assume that Google will make them available once they're ready for prime time. Hopefully, that will sooner rather than later.
