It looks like the affordable Nokia 3.1 will soon make it to the United States, even though it has just been unveiled by HMD Global late last month. Obviously, no carrier in the U.S. will offer HMD's Nokia smartphone, but fans of the brand will find at some of the biggest retailers in the country.

At least one of them, BH& Video confirmed that it will offer the dual-SIM Nokia 3.1 and even listed the smartphone on its online store along with a price tag attached to it. According to B&H, the Nokia 3.1 is “coming soon” and costs just $159, a great price considering what the phone has to offer hardware- and software-wise.

The Nokia 3.1 will be among the cheapest smartphones in the U.S. to ship with Android 8.0 Oreo on board. The smartphone is equipped with a 1.5GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6750 processor, 2GB RAM, and 16GB internal memory. The international version, which will not be available in the U.S., comes with 3GB RAM and 32GB storage inside.

Also, Nokia 3.1 sport a 5.2-inch display with HD+ (720 x 1440 pixels) resolution and a 13-megapixel rear-facing camera. The phone is powered by a 2,990 battery and features dual-SIM support.

Keep in mind though that while the phone offers full LTE support, it will only work on GSM carriers in the U.S., such as AT&T and T-Mobile.
