The latest Windows 10 Mobile build 10586.107 made its way to Windows Insiders several days ago, and now everyone is waiting to see whether or not Microsoft will finally release the OS to all compatible smartphones.

It all started earlier this month when the company's subsidiary annouced that Windows 10 Mobile will arrive on February 29 on all Windows Phone devices.
The latest preview build contains most bug fixes and small improvements, which could have been another hint that Microsoft could be finalizing the stable build for global rollout.
Unfortunately, that might not be the case since new information has just emerged online, which suggests Microsoft plans to release another cumulative update to Windows Insiders next week.

Microsoft leakster @Core has just published two screenshots that suggest Windows 10 Mobile build 10586.122 could be the next update that will be released for Windows Insiders.
No significant changes, but snappy enough According to him, the build runs very smooth on the Lumia 532, but there are no visible changes, so we should expect another set of bug fixes and under-the-hood improvements that Microsoft is going to included in this update.

Windows 10 Mobile build 10586.122 has been compiled on February 22 and it was listed on BuildFeed, so there's a high chance it will make its way to Windows Insiders next week, possibly on Tuesday.

Even if Microsoft launches a slightly different build, it's worth noting that it will not come with any significant changes. The Redmond-based company promised to offer Windows 10 Mobile in early 2016, so it might be too late for any radical changes to be implemented.
The bottom line is Microsoft is unlikely to release Windows 10 Mobile for Windows Phone devices on Monday since there's a new cumulative update that's about to be delivered to Windows Insiders and then to all compatible devices in the next couple of weeks.
