This morning, Apple unveiled two new Apple iPad Pro models. There is a unit offering an 11-inch screen, and another with a 12.9-inch display, both LCD by the way. Many of the new features, including the edge-to-edge display, the removal of the home button and the addition of Face ID, are covered in the new product video that you'll find at the top of this article.

As the video points out, "everything has changed." That includes the new USB-C charging ports that can charge your iPhone using a USB-C to Lightning cable. The video points out that with the new A12X Bionic SoC under the hood, the new iPad Pro will run Photoshop ("real Photoshop," says the voice-over announcer). That might not be a surprise to you since we mentioned earlier this month that Microsoft was bringing the "power and precision" of desktop Photoshop to the new iPad Pro models. According to Apple, the new iPad Pro is faster than 92% of portable PCs.

The video notes that each unit carries 102 magnets for perfect alignment of accessories. And they also allow the Apple Pencil 2 to stick to the tablet and charge up at the same time.
